CNTRFLD.ART is an independent charitable educational organisation and research archive advancing education and preserving the arts, culture and heritage of East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) diasporic communities. Your support helps us continue documenting, preserving and freely sharing our research while keeping our archive freely accessible to everyone.

GIFT AID

If you are a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid allows us to claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate, at no extra cost to you. CNTRFLD.ART is recognised by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as a charity for UK tax purposes with effect from 24 February 2025.

ELIGIBILITY


You can make a Gift Aid declaration if:

• You are a UK taxpayer.
• You have paid enough Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax during the relevant tax year to cover the Gift Aid that all charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) will claim on your donations.
• The donation is your own money and is not made on behalf of another person or organisation.

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FORM


Download the appropriate form, complete and sign the declaration (a digital signature is acceptable) then email the completed form to: hello@cntrfld.art


We will use your information only for administering Gift Aid claims and communicating with HMRC where required.

CNTRFLD.ART is sustained through the contributions of readers, supporters, researchers, artists and cultural practitioners who believe in the importance of documenting, preserving and sharing ESEA artistic and cultural histories.

Community support enables CNTRFLD.ART to continue developing, preserving and freely sharing educational resources for public benefit. Where eligible, donations may qualify for Gift Aid, allowing every eligible donation to have an even greater impact.

By supporting the archive, you help maintain an open-access educational resource that benefits current and future generations of learners, researchers, artists and the wider public.

LEGAL STATUS

CNTRFLD.ART is an unincorporated charitable association established exclusively for charitable purposes and for the public benefit. The organisation is governed by a formal constitution and is recognised by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as a charity for UK tax purposes, with effect from 24 February 2025.

Its charitable purposes are to advance education and to advance the arts, culture and heritage by preserving, documenting and researching East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) artistic and cultural histories, and by providing free public access to educational resources that promote knowledge, understanding and public appreciation of the arts.

All income and assets are applied solely in furtherance of the organisation's charitable purposes.
